1. Participation is open to everyone. Participation in the exhibition is free of charge.

 

2. The language of the design to be sent must be ENGLISH only.

 

3. Each designer can apply with a maximum of 1 design.

 

4. Designs can be made with any technique. The size of the designs to be exhibited has been determined as 50x70 cm. 

 

5. The image of the design to be sent must be in 72 dpi resolution and JPEG format.

6. The designs submitted to the exhibition must be original and have not been published elsewhere before.

 

7. The designs will be evaluated online by the members of the jury.

 

8. Applications will be made through the website. Designs will be uploaded to the website.

 

9. The naming of the relevant files will be done as in the example below:

 

The name of the submitted design; must include the designer's first and last name.

   

    Ex: Name SURNAME.jpeg

 

10. The designs will be exhibited online (https://whatunitesus5online.wixsite.com/wuuo) on April 27, 2024.

 

11. Designs submitted late will not be taken into consideration.

 

12. The exhibited designs will be kept in the digital archive of Giresun University Görele Fine Arts Faculty. The works will not be used outside the current exhibition and the copyright of the designer will be protected.

 

13. Digital participation certificate and digital catalog will be published on the website for the designers whose designs are accepted.

 

14. Only applications made via the “https://whatunitesus5online.wixsite.com/wuuo” website will be evaluated. Designs that are communicated by a different method or that do not comply with the determined concept or that may harm other people or institutions will not be evaluated.
